Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Civil Project Manager/ Resident Civil Engineer

to oversee the full life cycle of residential and commercial construction projects, including villas, low-rise, and mid-rise buildings. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, hands-on site experience, and the ability to lead teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of residential and commercial construction projects, including villas and buildings.

- Coordinate closely with site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure day-to-day construction activities align with project goals and timelines.

- Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders--providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings; identify discrepancies and coordinate resolutions on-site.

- Prepare and monitor project schedules, procurement plans, and manpower deployment to optimize productivity.

- Supervise site operations to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and construction specifications.

- Ensure all required permits, inspections, and approvals are secured and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and progress meetings.

- Track project costs, variations, and ensure budget control with minimal deviations.

- Prepare and submit project reports, documentation, and updates to senior management and clients.

- Manage contractor and vendor performance, resolve disputes, and enforce project standards and timelines.

- Deliver completed projects within agreed deadlines, budget, and specifications.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

5-10 years of experience in residential and commercial construction projects (especially villas and mid-rise buildings) in GCC.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Proven experience in managing site teams and engaging professionally with clients and consultants.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.

Strong understanding of local building codes, safety practices, and permit processes.

PMP certification or relevant license is a plus.
