Job Summary:
The Residences Chief Concierge is the visionary leader of the residential concierge team, responsible for delivering an unparalleled level of personalized service to residents. This role goes beyond traditional hospitality to create a seamless, luxurious, and intuitive living experience. The Chief Concierge acts as the primary point of contact for residents, anticipating their needs, managing a team of dedicated concierges, and curating exclusive services and partnerships to enhance the prestige and value of the residence.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule the concierge team. Foster a culture of excellence, discretion, and proactive service.
  • Resident Relations & Service Excellence: Build strong, trusted relationships with all residents. Handle complex requests, resolve concerns with tact and efficiency, and maintain absolute confidentiality.
  • Service Curation: Develop and maintain a portfolio of premium vendors, services, and experiences (e.g., private chefs, event planners, travel coordinators, wellness practitioners) tailored to the resident demographic.
  • Building Operations Liaison: Act as the key liaison between residents and property management, engineering, and security teams to ensure cohesive operations and swift resolution of maintenance or security issues.
  • Systems & Administration: Oversee the concierge software system for tracking requests, packages, guest access, and vehicle registrations. Manage budgets for the department and control inventory of related supplies.
  • Lifestyle Programming: Conceptualize and execute exclusive resident events to foster community and enhance the residential lifestyle.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in a luxury hotel or high-end residential concierge role, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position.
  • Impeccable professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a "can-do" attitude.
  • Vast network of contacts and knowledge of local luxury services and attractions.
  • Proficiency in relevant property management and concierge software.
