Ensure the security and safety of the residential premises. Monitor and control access for residents, visitors, and service personnel. Conduct routine inspections and report any security or maintenance concerns. Assist residents with inquiries and minor maintenance-related issues. Maintain records of daily activities, incidents, and visitor logs. Ensure common areas remain clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred. Basic communication skills in English. Physically fit and capable of working in shifts. Familiarity with security and safety procedures. Prior experience in the UAE, particularly in Sharjah, is an advantage.
