Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities Supporting Product Lines for the Production logging, Cased Hole FE and Well Integrity activities Focal point for RTS Service Delivery and Product Line for Cased hole and well integrity Supporting PL's direct revenue activities and plans Supporting commercial intensity for RTS and Product lines Collaborating with product lines for the upsells of BH products/ technology services Being a Cased Hole and Well Integrity focal point for RTS Leading and presenting at the client workshops on Cased Hole/ Well Integrity Creating and maintaining the Deal Machine opportunities Demonstrating compliance to company policies, for the entire team, including HSE compliance.

Required Qualifications Have a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in Cased Hole and Well Integrity domain Have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Geoscience or Petroleum Engineering Have a strong understanding of Baker Hughes broad portfolio of CH & well Integrity technologies - Production logging, Cased Hole FE and Well Integrity domain Display strong oral and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently. Know processes related to Deal Machine Have excellent problem solving skills with a drive for results
