As RTS Technical sales lead - RNS & LWD FE you will support LWD mainly and all PLs in country and region as required. You will work with clients and create pipe line of opportunities for PLs and direct revenues for RTS
As a Reservoir Technical Services Sales Lead, you will be responsible for:
Supporting Product Lines for the Reservoir navigation and LWD formation evaluation related activities
Focal point for RTS Service Delivery and Product Line for Reservoir navigation services and LWD formation evaluation
Supporting PL's direct revenue activities and plans
Supporting commercial intensity for RTS and Product lines
Collaborating with product lines for the upsells of BH products/ technology services
Being a Reservoir navigation services and LWD focal point for RTS
Leading and presenting at the client workshops on Reservoir navigation services and LWD technologies
Creating and maintaining the Deal Machine opportunities
Demonstrating compliance to company policies, for the entire team, including HSE compliance
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in Reservoir navigation services and LWD formation evaluation
Have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Geoscience or Petroleum Engineering
Have a strong understanding of Baker Hughes broad portfolio of LWD technologies and Reservoir navigation services
Display strong oral and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.
Know processes related to Deal Machine
Have excellent problem solving skills with a drive for results
