Role Summary
ADNOC Group is seeking a Reservoir Engineer to analyze wells and reservoirs performance, forecast production, and design development strategies to enhance recovery. What You'll Do

  • Develop improved production and completion strategies, including workover plans to boost recovery.
  • Analyze wells and reservoir performance to recommend alternative recovery options.
  • Apply integrated approaches across geoscience, reservoir, drilling, and completion disciplines to identify risks and mitigation actions.
  • Design pilots, appraisal wells, and data acquisition programs to reduce uncertainties and validate development options.
  • Lead SCAL and PVT laboratory study designs and analysis.
  • Participate in integrated reservoir characterization and optimize field development schemes.
  • Conduct single well and sector simulation studies to evaluate performance of recovery processes and completion designs.
  • Contribute to innovation initiatives, applying new technologies and reservoir engineering tools to enhance field performance.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in field development, simulation studies, and technology assessment for production optimization.
  • Strong understanding of reservoir engineering techniques, modeling, and performance evaluation.
  • Proven experience in integrated reservoir management and enhanced recovery methods.
  • Effective communication and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard simulation and modeling tools.
