Your role will be including but not limited to:
  • Receive and process reservations through various channels, including phone, email, and online booking systems
  • Ensure accuracy in booking details and maintain an organized reservation database
  • Supervise and provide guidance to the reservations team, including training, performance evaluation, and staff development
  • Schedule shifts and assignments to ensure coverage during peak hours
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Implement and maintain high standards of customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Monitor reservation trends and adjust availability and pricing strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize occupancy and revenue
  • Maintain an updated inventory of available rooms, tables, or resources
  • Oversee the allocation and utilization of inventory
  • Generate reports on reservation performance, occupancy rates, and revenue data
  • Present data to the management team for strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with other departments such as front office, housekeeping, and food services to ensure a seamless guest experience
Ideally, you\'ll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we\'re looking for:
  • Previous experience working as a Reservations Manager within hospitality industry
  • Demonstrate excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills with customers and other hotel departments
  • An excellent team player who works well with different stakeholders to ensure success of hotel
  • Committed to self-learning and development of the team members
  • Lead by example and support day-to-day Reservations operations
  • Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators, trends and develop strategies
