Your role will be included but not limited to:
  • Assist the Spa Manager in daily spa operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality assurance.
  • Participate in the recruitment, training, and motivation of spa staff, fostering a culture of exceptional service and adherence to established standards.
  • Collaborate with the Spa Manager to develop and implement spa protocols and treatment standards that consistently exceed guest expectations.
  • Assist in the creation and regular updating of the spa treatment menu to reflect wellness trends and guest preferences.
  • Contribute to guest relations, managing reservations, special requests, and efficiently resolving any concerns or issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Support cost control efforts while maximizing spa revenue through upselling and suggestive selling techniques
  • Maintain a serene, clean, and organized spa environment that complies with health and safety regulations
  • Assist in spa marketing initiatives to promote services and attract new guests
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Spa Manager on spa performance.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the spa or wellness industry
Ideally, you\'ll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we\'re looking for:
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of spa and wellness operations
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with spa management software and booking systems
