Fine dining opportunity for an experienced Reservations & Guests Services professional ready to join the leadership team with this exciting new restaurant opening supported by an established hospitality group in Dubai!
For this Reservations & Guest Manager position, we are requiring previous fine dining experiences, someone who can confidently mentor, support, & inspire a team at Michelin star levels.
A strong understanding of the high standards that are demanded from a Michelin Star establishment - Ability to work well under pressure for Michelin visit or potential inspector.
English & Spanish language skills advantageous.
