Key Responsibilities:
Manage reservations for guests via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
Provide information about room rates, availability, and hotel services.
Ensure accurate guest details are entered into the reservation system.
Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries regarding bookings, changes, or cancellations.
Handle guest complaints and issues with grace, providing the best possible solution.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes for guests.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date reservation database.
Assist with pre-arrival guest services and requests as needed.
Qualifications:
Gender Requirement:
Female (Due to operational requirements)
Previous experience in hotel reservations or customer service is a plus.
Proficiency in reservation software (e.g., Opera, Sabre, WinCloud or similar systems).
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
