Job Summary:

We are hiring a

Guest Relations & Reservations Agent

who will play a key role in managing guest communications, closing reservation deals over the phone, and coordinating daily operational tasks. The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, organized, proactive, and customer-service oriented, with experience in the hospitality or holiday homes sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails

from potential and existing guests.

Convert provided leads

into confirmed bookings by providing accurate information and persuasive service. Manage guest reservations using internal booking platforms and CRM systems.

Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs

ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Liaise closely with the

cleaning, maintenance, and operations teams

to ensure properties are ready and meet quality standards before guest arrivals. Address guest concerns and complaints professionally to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Update reservation calendars and maintain guest records using

Microsoft Excel

and other booking tools. Provide after-hours support on a rotational basis if required. Monitor and report booking trends, guest feedback, and operational challenges to management. Assist in upselling services and promotions to maximize revenue opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Previous experience in

Holiday Homes, Hotels, Call Centers, or Customer Service

(minimum 1 year preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills in

English

. Knowledge of

Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

and basic CRM or booking software. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a

fast-paced environment

. Customer-focused with a

friendly and persuasive attitude

. Flexibility to work

rotating shifts

including weekends and holidays if necessary. Positive attitude and professional appearance. Knowledge of Abu Dhabi tourist areas and basic local regulations for holiday homes (advantageous).

Open for all Nationalities Currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate immediately. Available to join on short notice (preferred).

Fixed salary of

AED 3,000 per month
