Negotiating and contracting of rates, special offers, allocation, release periods, overrides, terms conditions for hotels, self-catering or serviced apartments ensuring the best available rates and availability.
Analyzing the product of our different competitors to ensure our best rates for the multiple source markets.
Analyzing weekly product/sales reports to identify market trends and revenue/room night's sales growth opportunities.
Analyzing opportunities for opening of new destinations.
Coordinating with the team for loading, positioning of the contracts.
Understanding of various means of hotel distribution including channel managers, dynamic connectivity, extranet etc..
Required skill's
Experience working in sales or public relations, preferably in the hospitality or travel industries.
Customer-service experience.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
Experience in a similar position in UAE.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage
