Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing and Reservation Specialist with a great communication skill for Boosting Holiday Homes and Real Estate company. Meets sales and rental objectives while remaining polite and helpful to clients.

Job Responsibilities:

- Receive and answer call inquiries.

- Respond to guests needs and react promptly to guests' requirements and inquiries.

- Respond to all booking inquiries, prompt bookings, and manage online booking channels.

- Ensure property listings are accurate and follow up on booking payment settlement.

- Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure complete service.

- Handling of guests' request and complains.

- Developing and implementing marketing campaigns, including creating advertisements.

- Creating and managing websites, brochures, flyers, or other materials used in advertising and promotion.

- Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on data and present the recommendations to management.

- Property Listings on the different advertising portals (Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle)

- Managing listings on different advertising portals like property finder, bayut, dubbizle, company website and Ensuring High-Quality Scores for each listing.

-Managing airbnb and Booking.com portals to maximise revenue.

Ensure that all portal packages are utilized at maximum.

Maximize the number of verified listings on Property Finder.

Ensure that all listings scores is 100%.

Prepare listings for Agents.

Report on a weekly basis regarding least performing listings.

Monitor listings for the number of leads generated.

Assign leads to Brokers.

Register leads in the CRM system - from portals, marketing campaigns, etc.

Ensure all outgoing and incoming mails distribution is well organized and tracked.

Prepare form A, B & F and form I.

Capabilities use Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

Capabilities to Design Templates, Banners, and Images (convert photos and video) Editing Videos for social media.

Capabilities to do Google ads campaigns

Capabilities use SEO

Web and Graphic Designing Experience

Photo and Videography Experience

Developing and implementing Marketing Plans. Look at competitors in our strategy.

Conducting Market research to establish customer trend and habits. Analysis market and what kind of customer to bring.

Promoting brand awareness through marketing efforts & create daily content for social media platform.

Supporting sales team with marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, including optimization, advertising, social media, and Property portals.

High Capabilities of navigating property portals word press based (My CRM, Property Finder, Bayut, Broker pad, Dubizzle) Where user can go and see our products.
