Handle booking requests, modifications, and cancellations for hotel rooms and related services through various channels like phone, email, and online systems.
Provide guest information:
Answer questions about room types, rates, hotel policies, and amenities to help guests make informed decisions.
Operate reservation systems:
Utilize property management systems (PMS) and other reservation software to manage booking schedules and ensure accuracy.
Communicate with other departments:
Liaise with front desk, sales, and other staff to provide detailed information about upcoming arrivals and special requests.
Handle payments:
Process advance deposits and take payment information for bookings, including credit/debit card payments.
Send confirmations:
Prepare and send letters of confirmation to guests.
