ArabLink Travel and Tourism is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Executive with ticketing experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling flight reservations, hotel bookings, tour arrangements, and ensuring excellent customer service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Process reservations for flights, hotels, and tour bookings. Manage ticket bookings and ensure timely issuance and re-issuance as required. Provide detailed travel information and support clients with itineraries, changes, and other booking needs. Arrange and confirm hotel accommodations, tours, and travel-related services for clients. Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and ensure timely responses. Manage cancellations, modifications, and reissues across flight, hotel, and tour bookings. Ensure accurate entry of data into the reservation system. Collaborate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel service providers.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in ticketing, hotel reservations, and tour arrangements. IATA certification preferred. Strong understanding of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo. Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
