Reservation Agent

with solid knowledge of the UAE hospitality or real estate market

Key Responsibilities:

Manage reservations, inquiries, and modifications across multiple booking platforms. Respond promptly and professionally to guest queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Maximize occupancy and revenue through effective reservation management. Coordinate with housekeeping, operations, and property management teams for smooth check-ins and check-outs. Maintain accurate records of all bookings and cancellations. Provide outstanding customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Reservation Agent, Front Office Agent, or similar role in hospitality/holiday homes in the UAE. Strong knowledge of the UAE hospitality and short-term rental market. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic and other languages are an advantage). Proficiency in PMS (Property Management Systems) and OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.). Ability to work under pressure with a customer-first attitude. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
