Maximize room occupancy and revenue through effective selling techniques.
Maintain detailed and organized records of all bookings and guest interactions.
Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and escalate issues as needed.
Collaborate with the front desk, sales, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Monitor availability and report overbooking risks or special occupancy situations to management.
Keep up to date with property promotions, local events, and competitor rates.
