Kantar is looking for a driven and ambitious client manager to join our Brand team in Dubai, UAE.

The Brand domain is the largest within Kantar\xe2\x80\x99s Insights division, and with a continual stream of new client wins alongside the renewal of existing client work, just keeps growing! We help clients navigate the challenge of balancing both long-term and short-term success through the most comprehensive understanding of what motivates people and what drives business growth in the industry.

The role:

As a Research/Account Manager, you will develop collaborative strategic partnerships with your clients. Our Account Managers immerse themselves in their clients\xe2\x80\x99 worlds to really understand the strategy, experiences and competitive context of their brands to deliver industry-leading guidance on how to grow.

Our goal is to not just help our clients win, but to keep winning. As such, we utilise a broad range of data sources, striving to blend a variety of sources and types of data to deliver unparalleled insight. You will be at the forefront of driving this insight and also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new client initiatives. It\xe2\x80\x99s an exciting, dynamic and evolving role.

This role is based out of Dubai. What you\'ll be doing:

Work across a portfolio of clients encompassing world\xe2\x80\x99s greatest brands;

Work through various client projects from Design through to Delivery, from taking the brief to client presentations;

Contribute to the production of client deliverables, such as questionnaires and presentations, ensure effective delivery of research projects, and give input into insight presentations;

Interpret and triangulate multiple data sources to tell a comprehensive story;

Develop story-driven reports and client deliverables that synthesize data to meaningfully address client business objectives;

Communicate to a high standard and build effective relationships both internally and with clients, to ensure the smooth running and timely delivery of work;

Work with Team Leads to develop client relationships and build accounts.

The skills & experience you\xe2\x80\x99ll need:

6+ years of experience in Quantitative Research, ideally Brand and Communications and/or Media Effectiveness; exposure to Media/Digital landscape would be a plus;

A passion for brands, a willingness to learn and a desire and hunger to improve your skills;

Exceptional communication skills (written and verbally) and proven client management experience;

Line management or ready to take the step into line management;

Proven experience in developing and landing actionable insights for the client\xe2\x80\x99s organisation.
