Job Description
The Booster Research and Innovation is seeking a Leader, who will manage, deliver and assist colleagues within the organization with high-profile research and development projects.
- In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective leadership and oversight of a range of programs and projects across the fields of healthcare sector.
- This includes: developing relationships with key funders, authorities, government sectors, partners and decision-makers; generating income and business development opportunities; leading a research and development program in accordance with the strategic plan; ensuring the quality and delivery of programs and projects; and ensuring that our work contributes to policy and practice.
- The candidate should have extensive expertise in research, experience in project management and business development. In addition, he should have a clear understanding of the policy and delivery context for research and innovation.
- Bachelor Degree in any medical field/healthcare
- Minimum 5 years of experience in research
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Healthcare: 5 years (Preferred)
- NHRA license (Preferred)
