Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with chefs, baristas, and management to enhance product quality and consistency.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in the F&B industry.
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Provide recommendations for cost-effective sourcing and sustainable practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Proven experience in product development within the F&B industry.
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, culinary innovation, and restaurant operations.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and quality.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Must have solid experience in R & D in Specialty Coffee Shop and Restaurant Industry
