Research associate position in the Integrative Agriculture Department of College of Food and Agriculture. As an enthusiastic researcher you will join a collaborative team lead by faculty from Department of Integrative agriculture for one year. The research project required key Greenhouse and lab techniques and skills involved working with different hydroponic systems, plant growth follow up such as photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductivity, other plant tissue analysis such as analysis such as antioxidant/antibacterial analysis, microscopy, plant tissue culture/ microbial analysis techniques and the physiological mechanism for regulating these processes. The project would suit a candidate with experience in horticulture, with strong lab skills and preferably experience in greenhouse production using hydroponic system. The candidate will have to work independently in the greenhouse and laboratory conditions and is expected to have very good writing skills (scientific article), excel and statistical analysis software, data analysis, preparing grant proposals, assist master/phd students projects. The position is going to start in March 2023. Please note the successful candidate must have at least Master\'s degree by thesis.
