Job Description

Responsibilities: Secondary research - Do thorough desktop research on subject companies to collect all available information (contact level information, line of business, registration details, operational, management, financial, banking, customer/suppliers, shareholding, related entities, special events, information on media, etc.). Primary research - Call subject companies to collect/ validate business information. (Validate the information available in documents, inquiry details, desk research and check for logical reasoning). All possible efforts to be taken to collect maximum information including financial of the subject company in a highly professional manner. Writing report - Update appropriate comments on the desk research, calling activity and contradicting information. Analyze data - Based on available data, analyze information for logical reasoning. Understand the ownership and organizational structures to find out linkages. (Parent company, subsidiary, affiliates etc...). Process improvement - Find out process gaps and work on to improvise the process. Proper MIS with TAT should be maintained. Reply to emails on case status, queries, report deliveries and documents. Automation / Consolidation of MIS to be done for reporting purpose. Qualification and Experience: Bachelor's Degree with specialization in finance/ account/ commerce. Minimum 1 -2 years of experience of Research Good understanding of financial/Businesses models (Manufacturing, Retail, Wholesale and Service industries. Basic knowledge of UAE market, UAE economy and the major industries in the country. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED4,500.00 per month Application Question(s):
