We are seeking a motivated and experienced

Listing Agent

to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. If you have a strong background in real estate listings and a passion for the industry, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career. Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage property listings across major platforms including

Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle

. Coordinate directly with property owners and clients, ensuring clear communication and smooth transactions. Stay updated on market trends and provide valuable insights to clients. Facilitate seamless property transactions while representing the best interests of both buyers and sellers. Ensure end-to-end handling of listings: from capturing videos, site visits, to managing leads and closing deals.

Requirements:

1+ year of experience

in real estate, preferably in listing and resale properties.

Brokerage license under your name

is required -- you will list your own properties and directly receive buyer leads. Strong communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of the

Abu Dhabi real estate market

is a plus.

Domestic protocol familiarity

(DUAL agents) - you receive leads directly, ensuring deal stability and control. Proven experience in managing the entire process onsite --

from video creation to closing deals

. System-oriented and tech-savvy with efficient use of CRM and listing tools. Clear record of your

Property Finder and Bayut classification

(e.g., Super Agent, Area Specialist). Ability to

upsell

effectively -- e.g., converting interest from studios to one-bedroom units. Must be motivated by

financial revenue, database building
