Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle property transactions in the

resale/secondary market

(residential and/or commercial). Source and manage listings, generate leads, and maintain a strong network of buyers and sellers.

Conduct telesales to follow up with leads and generate new client interest.

Conduct property viewings, handle negotiations, and guide clients through the transaction process. Stay up-to-date with market trends, legal requirements, and competitor activity. Deliver exceptional service to build long-term client relationships.

Requirements:



Experience in Dubai's real estate market, preferably in

resale/secondary sales

. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. RERA certification is an advantage.
