Job Description

Contribute to strategic financial planning and analysis

- Support the development and execution of strategic financial plans and forecasts
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Provide actionable insights to leadership based on data and performance metrics

- Monitor financial KPIs and deliver regular reporting and recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a similar role
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
