Manages the process of preparing and calculating salaries in accordance with legislation and internal policies.
Prepares and verifies periodic reports on staff changes (hires, departures, promotions).
Coordinates tax returns and prepares documentation for external inspections.
Maintains and updates data in the payroll and employee system.
Drafts employment contracts, decisions on appointments, transfers and promotions.
It processes online applications for work and residence permits for foreign employees.
Ensures the updating and storage of employee personal documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
Conducts periodic reviews of the processes it administers, in order to ensure compliance with company policies and the relevant legal framework

Job Requirements
Work experiences:
Minimum 3 years of work experience in Human Resources;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
University degree in the Faculty of Economics, preferably in Finance or Business Administration.
Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
