Job Summary:

We are looking for a

MIS Reporting Specialist

with strong expertise in

Power BI

,

SAP

, and a solid

finance background

to support our reporting and data visualization needs. The role focuses on financial data extraction, dashboard development, and process automation to drive decision-making and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, automate, and maintain

MIS reports

and

financial dashboards

using

Power BI

and

SAP

. Extract financial data from

SAP

(primarily FI/CO modules) for analysis and reporting. Perform financial data analysis, budgeting support, variance reporting, and KPI tracking. Collaborate with Finance and Management teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver solutions. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports. Support Finance team during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting activities. Recommend improvements in reporting processes and automation techniques.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in

Finance

,

Accounting

, or related discipline. 3+ years of experience in

MIS reporting

,

financial analysis

, and

dashboard development

. Strong command of

Power BI

(report creation, DAX functions, data modeling). Working knowledge of

SAP

(especially finance modules - FI/CO). Excellent skills in

Excel

(pivot tables, formulas, advanced functions). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:

Basic knowledge of SQL or data query tools is a plus. Experience with financial data automation projects.
