The HR Budget & Reporting Specialist ME will coordinate the payroll cost controlling and forecasting and reporting data for FENDI at regional level, liaising with the Finance department.
Job responsibilities
Carry out constant internal / LVMH Group / external compensation and benefits benchmarking and provide analysis to the Regional HRD to meet business objectives
Responsible for preparing, controlling and analyzing the payroll costs budget and forecast for FENDI stores and the HR function specific budgets
Work in partnership with the Regional HR Manager to prepare and submit LVMH HR reports such as: Headcount reports, FTE reports, Turnover reports, monthly & Annual reports, Employees' performance / Store performance, HR Dashboard
Define and implement FENDI guidelines for annual salary review proposals; coordinate with the various functions to collect and consolidate the individual proposal for the compensation review.
Develop compensation & benefit packages for Expatriates & local candidates
Provide Assistance to the HR Manager in Job Evaluation and Job Mapping Projects.
Monitor the monthly PNL closing in terms of payroll cost controlling in coordination with the HRMs
Monitor monthly the HR functional budget by countries in coordination with the HRM.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on specific HR metrics, including operational reporting, scorecards, dashboards and key performance indicators related to retail sales teams' data
Development of ad-hoc initiatives to animate the retail network and facilitate the achievement of business goals such as special incentives, contests, etc.
Profile
English fluent , Arabic is a plus
Strong analytical skills, including reporting, synthesizing data to identify themes and create solutions to address those issues.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office -particularly Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; presentation and platform skills preferred
Bachelor's degree in finance, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with 2 - 3 years of related work experience.
