ADNOC Distribution markets, sells, and distributes transportation fuel to both retail and commercial customers. We also run non-fuel services at our service stations.

JOB PURPOSE:

Plan and manage the rental sales of ADNOC Distribution outlets at various Service Station sites and premises (Vehicle Inspection Centres, Stand Alone Autoserv, Food Truck operators and Land Investment) across UAE, in line with defined non-fuel retail business plan to drive revenue growth.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Identify the vacant outlets at the ADNOC Distribution Service Stations; check the area, location and facilities such as utilities and overall condition of the vacant outlets before proceeding with tendering process for subletting the outlets to suitable tenants.
  • Manage the tendering process including development and preparation of RFP related terms and conditions, inviting bidders, manage and provide clarification to interested parties regarding outlet and ADNOC T&C in line with defined guidelines.
  • Receive offers and arrange meetings with highest bidders, prepare report on the received bids and evaluate them with Sr. Rental Sales Manager for selection of suitable tenant.
  • Coordinate with Contract Mgmt. team to finalize tenancy agreement, terms and condition whilst ensuring that ADNOC Distribution interest are protected.
  • Provide letter of award to selected bidder and arrange meetings with concerned departments (maintenance, sales etc.) for handing over of premises while initiating the lease and entering information into defined systems.
  • Act as first point of contact and transfer any request for major civil/ electrical/ piping modification/ upgradation work from tenant to Service Station Maintenance team.
  • Conduct market study, revenue forecast study, analysis of tenant performance and profitability at various types of outlet to support management in developing and refining its rental strategy.
  • Provide necessary support and information to internal and external auditors including scheduling, timely closure of any non-compliance highlighted by audit to support effective operations in line with defined guidelines.
  • Ensure timely mobilization of selected tenants to their rental outlets as per plan.
  • Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analysing and resolving quality and customer service problems, identifying trends and recommending system improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration or marketing.
  • 8 years of experience retail or real estate related experience including real estate asset management, commercial deal making, property management, governance and assurance.
  • Knowledge of business workflows, operations processes and systems.
  • Strong experience in advertising management; regional exposure and retail background are a plus.
