Job Summary:

Royal Maison is seeking a driven and resourceful

Business Development & Onboarding Executive

to identify, approach, and onboard new properties into our growing holiday home portfolio. You will be responsible for sourcing potential units, building relationships with landlords and agents, and managing the end-to-end onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively search for new properties suitable for short-term rental (apartments and villas) Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, real estate agents, and developers Negotiate and finalize agreements for onboarding new units Oversee furnishing, inspection, photography, and readiness of new properties List properties on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Bayut, Property Finder, etc. Write compelling descriptions and ensure high-quality content for each listing Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance, and admin teams for smooth handover Ensure compliance with DTCM and holiday home regulations

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in real estate, holiday homes, or property management in the UAE Strong understanding of Dubai's short-term rental market Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive Knowledge of listing portals (Booking.com, Airbnb, Bayut, etc.) Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus UAE driving license preferred

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
