Car Rental Agent with B2B Sales expertise

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with car rental reservations, check-ins, and returns
Deliver a high level of customer service and maintain client satisfaction
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and business clients
Prospect, pitch, and close B2B rental agreements
Track leads and sales activities using CRM tools
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Maintain vehicle inventory knowledge and present the best rental options based on client needs
Handle administrative tasks including contracts, insurance verifications, and payments
Qualifications:
Proven experience in car rental, B2B sales, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Proficiency in basic computer and CRM systems
