Job Summary
We are looking for a
Rental Agent
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing rental transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a smooth rental experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in selecting suitable rental vehicles.
Prepare rental agreements, process payments, and verify documents.
Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure vehicle readiness.
Manage reservations, extensions, and returns through the company system.
Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly rental reports.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of rental rates, promotions, and company policies.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and insurance requirements.
Requirements
Good knowledge of vehicle types and rental procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office
and rental software systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Fluency in
English
(Arabic or Hindi is a plus).
Valid Qatar ID and transferable visa preferred.
