Job Title: Manager - Rent-a-Car

Salary: AED 7,000 - 9,000

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of our Rent-a-Car division. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Rent-a-Car business. Manage fleet availability, vehicle allocation, and maintenance schedules. Ensure compliance with UAE transport rules and company policies. Lead, train, and supervise the operations team to maintain high performance. Handle customer queries, disputes, and service improvements. Monitor rental agreements, contracts, and documentation accuracy. Manage fleet performance, utilization, and operational costs. Coordinate with workshops, insurance companies, and suppliers. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Improve customer satisfaction and support business growth strategies.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Rent-a-Car or automotive industry (UAE experience preferred). Valid UAE driving license (mandatory). Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills. Knowledge of car rental operations, fleet management, and UAE regulations. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage large fleets effectively. Proficient in MS Office; ERP/Rent-a-Car software knowledge is an advantage. Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
