Maintain a high level of customer service by ensuring that all customers are greeted upon arrival and that their rental needs are promptly met
Oversee the daily operations of the rental car office, including but not limited to: reservations, check-ins/check-outs, vehicle maintenance, and cleaning
Train new employees on company policies and procedures
Handle customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
Balance the budget for the rental car office on a monthly basis
Ensure that all vehicles in the fleet are properly maintained and serviced according to manufacturer standards
Work with vendors to negotiate the best rates for supplies and services
Keep abreast of changes in the rental car industry and implement new policies and procedures as necessary
Develop marketing campaigns to increase business and drive revenue growth
Monitor online reviews and take appropriate action to resolve negative feedback
Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure a seamless customer experience
Perform regular audits of the rental car office to ensure compliance with company standards
Leadership and human resources management skills
Evaluating existing business processes and strategies.
Analyzing and monitoring implemented changes to business processes and making adjustments as needed.
Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities

Rental Car Manager in Dubai: 7 years (Preferred)
Sales Manger In Dubai: 6 years (Preferred)
