Job Description
Master Key Rent A Car is looking for a Customer Service Agent to deliver exceptional customer service to customers of Master Key. Responsible for greeting customers, processing rentals, selling optional services, answering telephone calls, website and social media inquiries and responding to customer questions and complaints. Make outgoing calls- callback management and miscellaneous calls as assigned Knowledge of and ability to use effective sales techniques. Ability to present a professional and enthusiastic attitude through effective communication skills to promote a positive impression of Master Key to customers and employees. Ability to type and perform data entry accurately. Ability to process all paperwork according to policies and procedures. Ability to understand and follow both oral and written directions. Perform various administrative functions Must willing to take night shift - F I L I P I N O MALE Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
