We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented
Sales Agent
to join our Rent a Car and Limousine division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling vehicle rental inquiries, preparing quotations, and closing deals with both individual and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Rent a Car and Limousine database and update vehicle availability.
Handle and respond promptly to customer inquiries through calls, emails, and in-person visits.
Prepare and follow up on rental quotations, contracts, and renewals.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
Coordinate bookings, vehicle deliveries, and collections with the operations team.
Process rental agreements and ensure proper documentation and payment collection.
Monitor fleet utilization and work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
Conduct meetings with potential clients to present company services and negotiate rates.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and daily sales activities.
Support marketing and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
rent a car or limousine sales
within the UAE market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
Good knowledge of UAE roads, fleet operations, and transportation services.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
