Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Effectively communicate with customers and team members.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the vehicle fleet, specifications, and features.

Proven experience in the car rental industry, sales, or customer service.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Knowledge of various vehicle types and specifications.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
Proficiency in English (fluency in multiple languages, including Tagalog, is advantageous).
