We are looking for an Interior Fit-Out Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects, ensuring smooth execution and efficient material procurement. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors, and handling procurement tasks for materials and equipment. This role requires excellent leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills to maintain quality and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee daily site operations, ensuring that work is executed as per project specifications, timelines, and safety standards. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, workers, and site teams for efficient workflow. Ensure that materials, tools, and equipment are available on-site as required. Monitor quality control and finishing to ensure high standards in interior fit-out works. Resolve on-site challenges and report progress to the project manager. Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety protocols for all site personnel.

Procurement & Material Management:



Identify and procure materials (gypsum, joinery, lighting, flooring, paint, MEP items, etc.) required for interior fit-out projects. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to negotiate the best prices and ensure on-time deliveries. Track inventory and stock levels, ensure materials are ordered and used efficiently. Coordinate with the accounts team for purchase orders, invoices, and budget control. Maintain records of procurement transactions, supplier performance, and material usage.

Communication & Reporting:



Act as the primary contact between project managers, site teams, and vendors. Prepare daily/weekly reports on site progress, material status, and procurement updates. Ensure smooth communication between designers, engineers, and on-site teams for seamless execution.

Key Requirements:



? Education & Experience:



Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, 2-4 years of experience in site supervision and procurement for interior fit-out projects. Hands-on experience in handling material sourcing, vendor coordination, and site logistics.

? Skills & Competencies:



Strong leadership and team management skills. Good understanding of interior fit-out materials, finishes, and MEP works. Excellent procurement negotiation and cost-control abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and for procurement tracking. Ability to handle multiple tasks, solve problems, and meet deadlines. Familiarity with local authority regulations for interior fit-out projects.

Preferred Qualifications:



UAE experience with a valid driving license (preferred). Experience in managing commercial, retail, and hospitality interior projects. Knowledge of sustainable and cost-effective materials for interior works.
