Knowledgeable in Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR)

Experience in managing and configuring of tactical data links, preferably Link-16 and Link-11
Experience with or desire to learn secure and reliable networks and network management
Experience integrating new systems or components into an operational system, including occasional troubleshooting and reverse engineering
Strong system engineering skills with an emphasis on software-intensive systems and system -of-systems integration
Familiarity with cyber security and managing operations in multiple security enclaves
Experience with fixed and mobile command centers, including support for coalition and expeditionary operations
Knowledgeable of highly reliable, geographically dispersed network architecture and network management tools, and network devices
Experience with WebNMS, JUNOS Space, McAfee EPO, Postgres SQL, and VMware vSpher/Horizon
Knowledgeable in COTS hardware, processors, memory, virtualization, RHEL and Windows operating systems
Experience with or desire to learn VOIP systems, preferably Avaya and Quintron
Ability to perform tasks at remote sites, and with minimal to no supervision
Ability to manage a dynamic and flexible work schedule

About the Role
Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced, motivated, high-performing, quick-learning, and passionate remote site/interface and field engineer to join our team to support our customer\'s command and control system. The Remote Site Support / Interface and Field Engineer will be responsible for maintaining connectivity to critical sensors and defense systems throughout the UAE in support of the Emirates Air Defense Ground Environment - Transformation (EADGE-T) system.
Responsibilities:
Performing troubleshooting of hardware / software / communication issues at remote sites
Performing troubleshooting and replacement of failed components at remote sites
Assisting in adapting remote site equipment and connectivity to meet operational needs
Conducting site surveys
Determining technical solutions and recommending actions in accordance with specification.
Frequent domestic travel to remote sites, with occasional international travel, is required
Ability to support off-nominal work hours to support mission needs (night and weekends)
