About Us Firnas Shuman is a renewable energy consulting and technical services firm. We provide our services around the world with the focus on Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Each request that comes to us from clients is unique and the success of turning these requests into awarded projects depends on the quality of proposals that we submit. About the Position As part of our work, we are required to execute works on-site. The job of the site engineer is to lead a team to go to site, execute the works as required, and return. The site engineer is responsible for the overall mission, the safety of personnel, the quality of the work, and quality of the clients interaction with us. The sites are often in remote locations, often in faraway countries. Extensive travel is often required. Individual assignments are often not long but there may be many of them. Job Objective Efficiently, safely and smoothly ensure the completion of our on-site works, to ensure the client is happy with our interaction. Job Post: Cairo, with extensive travel Key Functions

• Organizing and managing the site team

• Setting and observing the travel plan

• Efficiently and safely executing the works on-site

• Interfacing with clients on-site

Basic Requirements We expect that a successful candidate will:

• have a bachelor's degree in some field (not necessarily engineering);

• be able to travel for significant periods of time;

In addition to the basic requirements, we expect that a successful candidate:

• is meticulous in their work;

• is well-organized;

• has good communication skills and social skills;

• is responsible and takes responsibility upon themselves.

• Is able to work under pressure.
