We are a distribution company based out of Dubai, UAE with local presence in many Middle Eastern and African countries. We predominantly deal with Wireless and Telecommunication products and supply goods to WISPS / Carriers and System Integrators. For more information on:

- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English: Written and Spoken
- You should be able to communicate effectively with our clients & vendors by email, WhatsApp and phone
- Collaborate with Technical Team to Write formal proposals for projects and be able to present them to the client
- Work hours: 10:00 am till 9:00 pm UAE Time (6:00 am till 5:00 pm GMT) / Monday through Saturday)
- The timing is flexible to + / - 1 hr depending on your location
- Should have their own:
- Steady & fast internet connections
- Laptop & Phone (your phone bill will reimbursed)
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in Telesales
- Creative thinking skills.
- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation and foster relationships with Potential Clients over long term
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, One Note & Zoho One
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers
- Higher preference but not necessary if:
- Could speak multiple languages including Arabic, French or Any other African Language
- Experience selling Computer & Network related products
- Ability to learn & understand technical aspects of the products we have to offer. Training provided by us.
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Listening to the customers\' needs to generate repeat sales.
- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
- Answering customers\' questions on the products.
- Meeting sales quotas.
- Collaborate with a Technical Team Agent during meeting
- Renumeration: Basic + Commission + Yearly Bonuses
- Remote work flexibility
