About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and qualifying both freshers and experienced real estate agents for our clients, including leading brokerages and developers across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and qualify real estate agents (freshers & experienced) Conduct outreach via WhatsApp and LinkedIn Schedule and conduct screening calls Create professional candidate profiles Send qualified profiles to the correct client Follow up with candidates and clients Keep internal Google Tracker and recruitment pipeline updated Source talent using LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Requirements

Must be currently based in the UAE Fluent in English (spoken & written) Real estate recruitment experience is mandatory Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and manage a full recruitment pipeline Strong experience with social media sourcing and outreach
