Job Title: Remote Operations Administrator (Delivery Service Provider)
Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to driver messages in WhatsApp throughout the shift
Coordinate with station staff with regards to packages
Track missing, damaged, or undelivered packages
Update daily spreadsheets (rescues, attendance, compliance)
Follow up with drivers on reattempts and delivery issues
Maintain logs for late arrivals, no-shows, and compliance violations
Report urgent issues to the Ops Manager
Support daily dispatch requirements and create end-of-day summaries
Assist with onboarding documents and admin tasks
Requirements
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Strong typing speed
Excellent attention to detail
Good with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
Able to work EST hours
Quiet work environment + stable internet
Experience in customer service or operations preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: E20,000.00 - E25,000.00 per month
