Job Summary
IIQAF is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Administrator. Our organization is dedicated to providing top-quality education and certification programs in the fields of quality assurance and finance to professionals around the world. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about supporting our mission and ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily operations of the institute, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
Liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency
Managing and maintaining inventory of office supplies and equipment
Conducting research and providing support for various projects and initiatives
Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
Maintaining accurate records and compiling reports for senior management
Assist in the recruitment and on boarding of new staff members
Participating in team meetings and providing input to improve operational processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational or non-profit setting
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge and understanding of quality assurance and finance is a plus
