We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized executive assistant to support the day-to-day operations of Hzaya - Personalized Books.
This is a part-time, remote role -- ideal for someone with excellent communication and coordination skills, who can help bring order, follow-up, and calm to a growing creative project.
Responsibilities:
Organize tasks, files, and schedules (using Notion or similar tools)
Follow up with team members, designers, and freelancers
Respond to emails or client messages when needed
Assist with social media content scheduling (coordination, not creation)
Track deadlines, reminders, and delivery updates
Requirements:
Strong organization and time management skills
Able to communicate clearly and professionally in Arabic and English
Comfortable using Notion, Google Workspace, WhatsApp
Self-driven, reliable, and calm under pressure
Experience in creative or startup environments is a plus
Compensation:
Starting salary: AED 1,000/month (part-time trial)
Flexible hours - estimated 4-5 hours per day
Potential for increase based on performance
