About the Role

We are seeking

two skilled Reliability Engineers

to join our team. The ideal candidates will have deep hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing spider cranes and lifting equipment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational continuity, safety, and equipment performance across our projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshooting & Maintenance

Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults in spider cranes. Respond promptly to breakdowns and minimize equipment downtime.

Preventative Maintenance

Develop and implement proactive maintenance schedules. Conduct routine inspections to detect potential failures early.

Operational Reliability

Ensure all lifting equipment is operationally ready to meet business needs. Work closely with operations teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate service records, maintenance logs, and incident reports. Submit reliability reports and suggest improvements based on data analysis.

Technical Support

Stay current with technologies and best practices in crane maintenance. Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams when needed.

Candidate Requirements

Experience:

Strong hands-on background with spider cranes and lifting equipment. Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Proven track record in implementing preventative maintenance programs.

Skills:

Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational and communication skills. Fluency in English is required.

Other Requirements:

Must be from a European or English-speaking country (British preferred). Willingness to relocate/work in either UAE or Saudi Arabia. Ability to thrive in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
