dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Engineer
to join our team in

Key Responsibilities
Operational Tasks:
Coordinate with OEMs on technical issues and ensure timely maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
Regularly report the status of breakdowns and maintenance to the Executive Manager.
Analyze repair history to improve equipment reliability.
Maintain and monitor the condition of company fleet and service vehicles.
Ensure timely pre-hire and post-hire inspections and manage reporting workflows.
Communicate with sales teams about equipment configuration and damage charges.
Perform functional testing on modified and standard lifting equipment as per OEM and company standards.
Administrative Tasks:
Handle customer repair requests and prepare related quotations.
Obtain repair approvals and follow up on parts procurement.
Manage technician schedules, time sheets, and annual leave planning.
Arrange labor accommodations and ensure compliance with internal forms and documentation.
Update and manage operational tracking tools (e.g., maintenance logs, breakdown trackers).
Ensure operator and fleet certifications are up to date.
Coordination Duties:
Work closely with the Hire Desk Controller, Workshop Supervisor, Procurement, Sales, and Accounts departments to ensure seamless operations and workflow.
Support customer communications and internal reporting for all maintenance and inspection activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
3-4 years of hands-on experience in operations/maintenance within a lifting equipment or similar industry.
Strong communication, coordination, and administrative skills.
Ability to analyze technical data and optimize maintenance procedures.
Knowledge of OEM standards and lifting equipment certifications is a plus.
