Relationship Officer- Retail Banking Multi Product Sales Team based in Abu Dhabi.

The role will include onboarding new customers for Personal Loan for EmiratesNBD Bank. This Job requires a high level of relationship building, Account Management, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Prospect in targeted segments that require meeting standards in phone calls, and face-to-face visits. Present and sell Personal loan and all other Retail banking products & services to potential customers in an ethical & professional manner. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to enhance cross-selling opportunities. Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM for leads and contacts. Participate in all Team Activities like morning huddles, training, and coaching, complete mandatory compliance and fraud training.

Requirements:

Minimum one year experience of Personal Loan Sales in the UAE/ Home Country.

Ability to identify potential Customers Excellent interpersonal/relationship management skills and problem-solving ability Strong verbal/written communication skills Highly driven, self-motivated, target orientated individual Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow

Skill Set:

Sales profile that requires confidence, persistence, Positive Attitude, and Good Communication skills Basic knowledge of Retail Banking products, Policies, and Processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Strict adherence of Bank compliance

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
