Job Overview:



We're looking for a motivated and results-driven

Sales and Lead Generation Specialist

to promote and sell credit card products to potential customers. You'll be responsible for identifying prospects, explaining product benefits, and converting leads into successful sales while meeting or exceeding performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Lead Generation:

Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns. Build strong customer relationships by clearly communicating the value of credit card offerings. Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed sales.

Product Expertise:

Maintain in-depth knowledge of credit card products including features, fees, rewards, and special offers. Provide accurate, transparent information to help customers make informed decisions.

Performance & Targets:

Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Monitor and report sales activity and progress toward goals.
