Job Description
The Direct Sales Officer is responsible for generating new business by promoting and selling credit cards to individual customers. The role involves direct engagement with potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable banking products.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned sales targets for credit cards. Identify potential customers through market research, networking, and referrals. Cross-sell banking products to maximize revenue. Ensure excellent customer service to build long-term relationships. Address customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Telesales Freshers mostly welcome
